Your cameras. Your rules. Every look on the record.

Rikuy is built so you can let an agent see your store without giving away the store. Images only, never audio. Nothing your rules don't allow. And a line in your activity for every single look.

What Rikuy never does.

These are not settings you have to find. They are how the product is built, and the instructions every agent receives say the same.

The look is logged before the image leaves.

Rikuy writes the look first: which agent, which camera, what time range, and the purpose it gave. If that record can't be written, the image isn't sent. Every answer carries the same note to your agent.

{"look": "look_8F2K", "agent": "Claude", "camera": "cam_01 · Register", "range": "02:00 to 02:30", "purpose": "count scratch-off handouts", "note": "Review the clip before acting on it"}

Tell your team. Tell your customers.

Rikuy makes both with your business name, in English and Spanish. No camera turns on for agents until you mark both as posted; we save the date and version.

What we keep, and for how long.

Your video stays on your recorder. Rikuy keeps only what proves what your agent saw, and deletes it on a schedule you can read.

The rules we built around.

A summary, not legal advice.

§ 934.03 · audio

Recording a conversation needs everyone's consent. Rikuy works with images only and drops audio at the source.

§ 810.145 · private spaces

No recording where people undress. Those cameras are blocked, and the sign gives the notice the law recognizes.

§ 501.171 · data breaches

If something goes wrong, we tell you within 10 days, as Florida asks of a third-party agent.

Start with the notice. Then the cameras.

Download it now, read it with your team, and ask us anything in the demo.
